Sunrise Yoga — Start your day with Yoga! Awaken your body and mind with gentle stretching and breathing to loosen tight muscles and prepare your body for an active day filled with energy. All levels welcomed (basic class good for beginners). Yoga is an ancient form of movement promoting balance, flexibility, strength, stamina and an overall state of well being through various postures, breathing and relaxing techniques.

Butts, Guts & More — Shape and lift glutes and thighs as well as having shapelier legs and a toned core, ending with full body stretching.

Buns, Legs & Tummies — Buns, Legs and Tummies is a strength and toning class designed to target all the muscles of the lower body, upper body core through various exercises and strength training equipment. Great for all skill levels!

Pilates/Core — This mat workout is based on techniques developed by Joseph Pilates. Includes concentrated work on
core strength, body alignment and muscular balance. We will use our body as well as light toning equipment. Excellent for elongat- ing your muscles and overall wellness.

Step — High energy, heart-pumping classes, uses step choreography to keep you moving and grooving to the beat of the music. No two classes are ever the same!

This lifestyle changing workout is designed to make you look and feel better than you ever have. Improve your day to day energy and endurance with cardiovascular training, learn detailed kick boxing & basic self defense strategy. Getting in shape never felt better!

Cardio Bootcamp — Experience high intensity, full body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body, specifically designed to “make it rain” with sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, or even the participants’ body weight, each class brings it’s own unique challenges. No two classes are the same! Participants will work to improve cardiovascular stamina, core strength and flexibility.

Cardio Muay Thai — Learn self defense moves in a cardio intense class from a world known martial arts professional. Classes consist of an active warm-up, shadow boxing, technique, pad work and conditioning.

Spin — Tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals, this class offers energizing, cycling inspired rides that combine sound training principles, expert coaching and great music, all at a self-directed pace.

Pump & Pedal Spin — A cardiovascular circuit training program incorporating cycling, strength training and conditioning for all fitness levels. This class is held in the Spin studio.

Power Jump — Trampoline workout combining plyometrics, cardio, and strength building exercises to create a full body workout that can burn up to 1,000 calories an hour.

Circuit Training — is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. It’s like a game of musical chairs: Everyone begins at a station (that is, a place where an exercise is done), and when the instructor yells “Time!” everyone moves to the next free station. Some classes alternate an aerobic activity with a muscle-strengthening activity.
